What Is Trauma Recovery Coaching?

Trauma recovery is the process of gently reconnecting with yourself after experiences that overwhelmed your sense of safety or control. It’s not about erasing the past, but about building new ways of relating to your body, emotions, and inner world—with compassion, support, and choice. Recovery creates space for healing, resilience, and a return to your own voice and Self.

Trauma Recovery Coaching offers steady, compassionate support as you navigate the effects of trauma. It helps you build awareness of your nervous system, explore protective patterns with curiosity, and reconnect with your inner strength. Through guided reflection, somatic tools, and parts work, coaching creates a safe space to move at your own pace.
